The diary provides multi-user access with day, week and month
viewing options for individual's appointments and for the
whole company. Holidays and sick leave can also be recorded. The jobs section of the diary allows you to see a list of all
jobs that are due out, quote requests due in and purchase
order items due to be delivered. The to do list section allows
a user to generate a personal to do list which also shows any
calls that need to be made, brought in from the call history
section in contacts.
